Too noisy at night

what an absolute disappointment! and don’t even get me started on the cranky old lady at reception who couldn’t bother to help me. after all, I expected a complimentary upgrade or at least a courtesy offer for my troubles. shame!

I stayed for 2 nights in a Double or Twin Room. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. They kept it tidy every day and even brought fresh towels. Location was prime, just a quick 5-minute walk to the metro. Staff were really nice and stored our luggage for us! 😊

The entrance can be a bit confusing to find, given the small buzzer sign!!! A bit more soundproofing would be appreciated since there's the potential for late-night noise from outside!!! Echoing hallways can be annoying if neighbors aren’t thoughtful!!!
